Identity through itsme® or a card reader
With itsme®, the Belgian digital identity app, identity details and optionally the eID photo come straight from the identity card. Nobody retypes them, so they are free of typos in the file, on the registration card and in a later exam booking with the exam centre Autoveiligheid. At the front desk you can also read the student's eID with a card reader, with their consent.
No duplicate files
BIQSDRIVE warns you if the email address or national register number already exists, and validates the national register number automatically.
Statutory registration card
Generate the registration card (model RS009), the statutory Belgian driving-school registration card, as a PDF with digitally signed-off practical lessons. The candidate downloads it in the portal.
Secure documents
Drag documents into the student file. Every document is scanned for viruses and you decide whether the student or the company may see it.
Export
Export lists to CSV in the background. You are notified as soon as the export is ready.

In more detail
- The Identity tab shows whether and when the customer was verified with itsme®, with the eID photo and the validity of their identity card, which is clearly flagged as soon as it has expired. If itsme® returns a different national register number or date of birth from what is already in the file, nothing is overwritten and you get a notification. Every request is kept in a history with the channel, the result and exactly what changed, and the email address and phone number you already had are always kept.
- Besides the practical lessons, the theory lessons attended are also on the registration card, and the signatures of the director and the candidate are printed automatically. The director signs once on screen or uploads a scan.
