What's new in BIQSDRIVE 27?
BIQSDRIVE 27 has been completely rebuilt. Everything you knew is still there, only faster, more secure and smarter. These are the main changes.
What's new
AI agents, included
A support agent that answers your questions and searches your data within your permissions, an admin agent for files, payments and exam registrations, and a planning agent. Included: €1.00 of AI usage per new file, through the file fee.
New business portal
Employers, public social welfare centres (OCMW) and insurers keep track of the people they send and pay online. You now choose the payer per order, no longer per customer.
Pay. for online payments and tap-to-pay
Payment links, payments in the portals, a terminal at the front desk and tap-to-pay on the instructor's smartphone. You open your merchant account directly from BIQSDRIVE.
Payment Radar
Automatic payment follow-up: bank transfers come in through Ponto, card and tap-to-pay payments through Pay. and each one is matched automatically to the right customer, file or order. Reminders go out according to your settings.
Reviews and surveys
Decide who gets an invitation, and when, to leave a review on Google or Klantenvertellen, or to fill in a survey in Tally. The student and the business customer each get their own invitation, with different questions.
itsme® identity check
Take identity details and the eID photo straight from the identity card, without retyping and so without typos. By email, with a QR code at the front desk or through the portal.
One travel time matrix
One matrix with travel times from each branch to each exam centre, visible in the calendar and on the trip sheets.
Link with the exam centres
Book directly with Autoveiligheid. Exam slots are synchronised per licence category, with provisional reservations and import of exams booked directly. SBAT, KM, Autosécurité and AIBV are coming soon.
Lesson proposals in one click
Students accept or decline a lesson proposal with a button in the portal, instead of replying to an email.
New enrolment dashboard
Several entry points with preselected options, brought together in a dashboard with tiles for your website.
Digital registration card
The statutory registration card (RS009) as a PDF, with digitally signed lesson entries.
Trip sheets per appointment
You now switch trip sheet items on or off per appointment, instead of one setting for the whole school.
More secure than ever
A separate database per driving school, two-factor authentication, virus scanning of every document and logged support sessions.
Four languages
Work in English, Dutch, French or German. Emails automatically follow the recipient's language.
Switching is easy
With the import wizards you move all your data to BIQSDRIVE 27 yourself, free of charge, from your previous version or from other software. Prefer BIQS to handle the migration for you? That's possible on request.
