Pay. payment page in the portals
In the BIQSDRIVE portals for customers and businesses, the Pay. payment page appears within the page itself: you pay without leaving the portal. That payment page does not appear on this website itself.
Pay. (TinTel B.V.) may set its own cookies on that payment page to carry out and secure the payment. We will list exactly which cookies these are here, with their purpose and retention period, as soon as we have identified them. Cookies that only serve to carry out and secure the payment are strictly necessary cookies: no consent is required for them.
The Pay. cookie statement gives general information about the cookies used by Pay. It covers the websites of Pay. itself, not specifically the payment page in the portals.

Data outside the European Economic Area
Some partners may also process data outside the European Economic Area. This only happens with a safeguard under the GDPR:
- Google: Google may also process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified for this under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023).
- LinkedIn Ireland: LinkedIn stores the data of the LinkedIn Insight Tag on servers in the United States. LinkedIn Corporation is certified for this under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023). LinkedIn also uses the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it: click the button below or Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the cookies of that category or partner from our domain and reload the page, so that nothing from those partners is active any more. We cannot delete cookies that a partner sets on its own domain: you can delete those in your browser.
Your choice is valid for 6 months (182 days). After that, we ask you to choose again. We also ask you again as soon as the purposes for which we use cookies (the categories above) or our partners change, and when you delete the biqs_consent cookie.
How we store your choice
Your choice is stored in the biqs_consent cookie on your device. As proof of your consent, we also store on our server: a random code (the same as in the cookie), the version of the cookie list, your choice per category and per partner, the time, the language and the page on which you made your choice. We do not store an IP address or any data about your browser. We keep this proof for as long as your choice is valid and for a maximum of 3 years after that.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser, through its privacy or site data settings. If you block all cookies, some features, such as remembering your web address on the login page, may no longer work. If you delete the biqs_consent cookie, we will ask for your choice again.
