Code 95 and ADR Periodic training for professional drivers, without duplicate work
Plan your 7-hour modules with room and trainer, let drivers enrol and pay online, and invoice the transport company directly. For Flanders, BIQSDRIVE automatically sends your Code 95 and ADR (transport of dangerous goods) training sessions to the Departement MOW, the Flemish Department of Mobility and Public Works. So you never enter anything twice.

Connected to the Departement MOW
For Flanders, your sessions go to the Departement MOW automatically: as soon as a course opens, and the remaining sessions once it is completed. If sending fails for a moment, BIQSDRIVE tries again.
Plan 7-hour modules
Plan a module in one session or spread over several sessions. BIQSDRIVE checks straight away whether the trainer and the room are free.
Online enrolment and payment
Drivers choose an open course with free places themselves and pay online straight away through Pay. Tap-to-pay on the trainer's smartphone is also possible.
Invoice the employer
Choose per order that the transport company pays, with PO number and cost centre. The employer pays online in the business portal.
Identity through itsme® or a card reader
Participants confirm their identity with itsme®, the Belgian digital identity app. Name, date of birth and address come straight from their identity card into their file, without typos. We only ask for the national register number if your training centre is legally authorised to do so. If you enrol a participant at the front desk, you can also read their eID with a card reader, with their consent.
Minimum attendance and result
Set a minimum attendance for each course. On completion, each participant is automatically marked as passed or not passed.

The connection with the Departement MOW is available to approved training centres in Flanders, for Code 95 and ADR. You use your own approval number and your access credentials for the MOW web service.

- Set it up once, BIQSDRIVE does the rest. You connect BIQSDRIVE with your training centre's approval number, for Code 95 or ADR. Test first in the MOW test environment, then switch to production. By default, the sessions are sent as soon as a course opens, and the remaining sessions once it is completed. If sending fails for a moment, BIQSDRIVE automatically tries again.
- Your modules, well planned. Plan a 7-hour module in one session or in two parts, with trainer and room. Set the minimum and maximum number of participants for each course. A session can have several trainers, and BIQSDRIVE checks whether each trainer works at that location and whether the room is free.
- Transport companies as customers. The employer pays per order, with PO number, cost centre and the prices you agreed. In the business portal, the employer views their orders and downloads the documents you share. BIQSDRIVE connects with your accounting software: Exact Online, Billit, Yuki, Adsolut, Adfinity, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
