Planning and calendar One calendar for your whole training centre
Sessions, private appointments, trainers, rooms and locations: everything is in one calendar. Drag a session to another time or another room, and BIQSDRIVE checks straight away whether the trainer and the room are free.
What you can do with it
Day, week and month
Filter by location, trainer, room or course. Each trainer has their own colour.
No double bookings
If a trainer or room is already taken, you see it straight away. For each location, you choose whether BIQSDRIVE warns or blocks.
Rooms by type
Classroom, practical training room, simulator or another room, and shareable between your locations.
Trainers by location
Link trainers to the locations where they teach. On smartphone, tablet or computer, a trainer sees only their own sessions.
Your trainers' hours
A timesheet per trainer per day, as a PDF or as a CSV for payroll.
Reminders for your customers
Customers automatically get a reminder for their session by email or text message.
