Reviews and surveys The right question, to the right person, at the right moment

With Reviews and surveys, you decide who gets an invitation and when: for a review on Google or on Klantenvertellen, a Dutch review platform, or for a survey through Tally. You choose which services you connect, with your own account. For example, a student who completes a course gets an invitation for a Google review, and the business customer who paid for the course gets a survey with different questions.

What you can do with it

You choose the services

Connect Tally, Klantenvertellen, Google or all three. For Tally and Klantenvertellen you use your own account, for Google your own Business Profile.

You choose the moment

For example after a passed practical exam, after a completed course or a Code 95 session, or as soon as an order is paid.

More than one recipient

An invitation can go to more than one person: the student, a parent and the business customer who pays for the course.

Different questions per recipient

Choose a different service or form for each recipient. For example, the student gets an invitation for a Google review, the business customer a Tally survey with questions of your own.

The right link in every invitation

BIQSDRIVE sends the invitation by email, with the link to your review page on Google or Klantenvertellen, or to your form on Tally. That is where your customer writes their review or fills in the form.

Visible where customers search

Google reviews appear with your Business Profile in Google Search and Maps. With Klantenvertellen you also show your score and reviews on your own website.

Which service for what?

Tally, Klantenvertellen and Google Reviews each do something different. Choose one, two or all three, and for each invitation which service you use.

Tally

Ideal for Surveys and market research

Tally is a Belgian form builder from Ghent. You write your own questions, as detailed as you like, and choose a different form for each recipient.

  • Many question types: NPS, satisfaction, scales, matrix questions, ranking, open questions and file uploads
  • Conditional logic: show or skip questions based on an earlier answer
  • The answers are stored in your Tally account
  • According to Tally, the form data is stored in Europe

Klantenvertellen

Ideal for Short reviews and an overview of your score

Klantenvertellen is a Dutch review platform. Your customers give 1 to 5 stars and a short review, and your score and all your reviews appear together on your review page.

  • A score across all reviews and a score for the last 12 months
  • Reviews are checked and negative reviews stay visible
  • Widgets show your score and reviews on your own website
  • As an official Google Review Partner, Klantenvertellen passes your reviews on to Google, where they can appear as stars in ads and search results

Google Reviews

Ideal for Reviews in Google Search and Maps

Google Reviews are the reviews on your Google Business Profile. They appear next to your business in Google Search and Maps, exactly where new customers look for a driving school.

  • Reviews only: stars and text, no questions of your own
  • Your customer needs a Google account to write a review
  • You copy the review link from your Business Profile
  • You reply to reviews from your verified Business Profile

How it works

You set up your invitations yourself: which moment, which recipients and which service.

  1. Connect services

Choose which services you use: Tally, Klantenvertellen, Google or all three. You work with your own Tally and Klantenvertellen accounts and your own Google Business Profile.

  2. Choose the moment

Decide when an invitation goes out, for example after a passed practical exam, after a completed course, after a Code 95 session or as soon as an order is paid.

  3. Choose the recipients

Choose who gets the invitation: the student, a parent, the business customer or more than one of them.

  4. Service and form per recipient

Choose the service for each recipient: a review on Google or Klantenvertellen, or a survey in Tally. With a different Tally form you ask each recipient different questions.

  5. Invite

At the chosen moment, BIQSDRIVE sends the invitation by email, with the link to your review page or your form. Whatever your customer writes or fills in there goes to that service.

Example invitations

Here is how you could set it up. You choose the moments, the recipients and the services.

When

After a completed course

  • StudentGoogle ReviewsReview on Google
  • Business customerTallySurvey about the course

Every student who completes their course shares their experience where new students are looking. The business customer who paid for the driving licence of one of their drivers gets different questions, for example about the scheduling and the invoicing.

When

After a passed practical exam

  • StudentTallyShort survey
  • ParentTallySurvey for parents

Student and parent each get their own form in Tally, with different questions, for example about the lessons and about their contact with the driving school.

When

After a Code 95 session

  • Business customerKlantenvertellenShort review

Employers give a score and a short review on Klantenvertellen. It appears on your review page together with your other reviews.

Also handy

  • For students, parents and business customers
  • One, two or all three services side by side
  • One or more recipients per moment
  • A separate service or form per recipient
  • A review on Google or Klantenvertellen, or a survey in Tally
  • With your own accounts and your own Google Business Profile

Tally, Klantenvertellen and Google Reviews are services of Tally BV, Klantenvertellen B.V. and Google. You use them with your own account or Business Profile; their own terms, plans and prices apply. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.

Good to know

Invite everyone

Tip: at the chosen moment, invite everyone, not just the customers who are satisfied. Google does not allow you to ask selectively for positive reviews, and a mix of positive and critical reviews comes across as more credible. For a public review, choose a moment that applies to all your customers, such as after a completed course.

No reward for a review

Do not give a discount, gift or other benefit in exchange for a review, or for changing or removing a review. Google explicitly prohibits this.

Ask for an honest opinion

Do not put anyone under pressure and do not dictate what a review should say. Google does not allow reviews from your staff or family.

Mention it in your privacy statement

You decide who gets an invitation and remain responsible for who you invite. State in your privacy statement that customers may receive an invitation for a review or a survey, and that their name and email address are passed to Tally or Klantenvertellen for this.

What customers fill in falls under the service

Whatever your customers write or fill in on Tally, Klantenvertellen or Google is covered by that service's terms and privacy statement.

Only ask what you need

A short questionnaire is quicker to fill in, and you do not collect data you do not need.

In more detail

  • By email, from BIQSDRIVE. BIQSDRIVE sends every invitation by email on your behalf, with the link to your form on Tally, your review page on Klantenvertellen or your review link on Google.
  • Name and email address are included. With Tally and Klantenvertellen, the recipient's name and email address are included in the invitation; with Google only the review link.
  • Opting out of review requests. Every review invitation contains an opt-out link and BIQSDRIVE respects that choice; a survey invitation has none, because a survey can be mandatory.
  • Read them at the service itself. For now, you read reviews, scores and answers at the service itself: in your Tally or Klantenvertellen account and in your Google Business Profile. They are not brought into BIQSDRIVE.

FAQ

Questions about reviews and surveys

Do I need an account with Tally and Klantenvertellen?

Yes. For Tally and Klantenvertellen you use your own account, for Google your own Google Business Profile. Their own terms and prices apply. Tally is free to use within its fair use policy and has paid plans for extra features. With Klantenvertellen you take out a subscription yourself. A Google Business Profile is free. You decide whether you use one, two or all three services.

What is the difference between Klantenvertellen and Google Reviews?

Google Reviews are the reviews on your Google Business Profile, visible next to your driving school in Google Search and Maps. Klantenvertellen is a separate review platform, with its own review page, a score across all reviews and for the last 12 months, and widgets for your website. As a Google Review Partner, Klantenvertellen can also make your reviews appear as stars in Google ads and search results, but those are not reviews on your Business Profile.

Can I ask students and business customers different questions?

Yes. Choose a different service or form for each recipient. For example, create one form in Tally for students and another for business customers, or ask the student for a Google review and the business customer to complete a survey.

Can an invitation go to more than one person?

Yes. For the same moment you choose one or more recipients, for example the student, a parent and the business customer who pays for the course. Each recipient gets the invitation you set up for them.

May I invite only satisfied customers?

We advise against it. At the chosen moment, invite everyone, for example everyone who completed their course that week. Google does not allow you to ask selectively for positive reviews, discourage negative reviews or give a benefit in exchange for a review. Klantenvertellen also recommends always asking your customers for an honest review.

Where do I read the reviews and answers?

For now you read them at the service itself: survey answers in your Tally account, reviews and your score in your Klantenvertellen account, and your Google reviews in your Business Profile, where you can also reply to them. Reviews, scores and answers are not brought into BIQSDRIVE.

Which data is included in the invitation?

BIQSDRIVE sends the invitation by email. With Tally and Klantenvertellen, the recipient's name and email address are included so the service can use them. With Tally they are in the link to your form, so do not turn on Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on such a form. With Google, the invitation contains only the review link from your Business Profile: BIQSDRIVE does not pass any data to Google for the review, and your customer writes their review with their own Google account. You use Tally and Klantenvertellen with your own account; mention them in your own privacy statement.

Can someone opt out of invitations?

For reviews, yes. Every invitation for a review on Google or Klantenvertellen contains a link to opt out of review requests. If someone opts out, BIQSDRIVE remembers it and that person gets no more review requests. An invitation for a Tally survey has no opt-out link, because a survey can be mandatory, for example an evaluation required by the government. Tip: if you invite someone to a voluntary survey, say in your invitation that taking part is optional and how they can let you know they no longer want to receive surveys.

Which languages do the services work in?

You write a Tally form yourself, in any language you like; Tally translates the form's standard texts into more than 50 languages, including English, Dutch and French. Google is available in English, Dutch and French. The Klantenvertellen website is in Dutch and English.

Who is responsible for the invitations?

You are. You decide who gets an invitation and when, and BIQSDRIVE sends them on your behalf. You remain responsible for who you invite and for the rules of the service you use. State in your own privacy statement that customers may receive an invitation for a review or a survey.
