Orders and payments Paid before the session starts

From BIQSDRIVE, you set up a merchant account with the payment service provider Pay. That way you receive online payments quickly. Customers pay through a payment link, in the customer portal or with tap-to-pay on the trainer's smartphone. Every payment automatically lands on the right order.

What you can do with it

Onboarding from BIQSDRIVE

Create your merchant account with Pay. directly from BIQSDRIVE. You also upload the required KYC documents in BIQSDRIVE.

Tap-to-pay at the start of the session

At the start of the session, the customer pays contactless on the trainer's smartphone: just that session or the full outstanding balance at once. No terminal needed.

Payment links by email

Send a payment link by email. The customer pays online, whenever it suits them.

Paying in the portals

Customers pay their orders in the customer portal. Employers pay for their staff in the business portal.

Terminal at the front desk

Have a reception desk? Optionally buy a PAX A960 payment terminal through BIQSDRIVE, with SIM card and management. That way you take payments on the spot at the front desk.

Connected to your accounting

BIQSDRIVE connects with your accounting software, such as Exact Online, Billit, Yuki or Odoo. Mark an order as invoiced with the invoice number and your books add up.

Also handy

  • Online payments, tap-to-pay and terminal through one Pay. account
  • Pay per session or the outstanding balance in one go
  • Partial payments possible, such as a deposit
  • Every payment automatically booked to the right order
  • Payment Radar automatically follows up every payment through Pay. and, with the bank connection, your bank transfers too
  • Merchant account and KYC arranged without leaving BIQSDRIVE

Payments go through your own merchant account with Pay. Below you'll find the transaction costs per payment method and the price of a payment terminal.

Transparent costs

Transaction costs per payment method

These are the transaction costs when you receive payments with Pay. through BIQSDRIVE 27. They depend on the payment method and on where the payment is made: online, at a payment terminal or with tap-to-pay on a smartphone (SoftPOS). Pay. charges them directly, under your own Pay. agreement.

Transaction costs per payment method and per channel, excluding VAT, for payments with Pay. through BIQSDRIVE 27.

If you receive payments through Pay. in BIQSDRIVE, Payment Radar works automatically: a 0.15% platform fee per payment, on top of these transaction costs. Cash payments don't count. More about Payment Radar

The percentage is calculated on the payment amount. Example: for an online payment of €100, Pay. charges €0.15 + €1.50 = €1.65 in transaction costs with a consumer Mastercard, and €0.15 + €2.80 = €2.95 with a business Mastercard. Adding the Payment Radar platform fee (0.15%, here €0.15), that payment costs you €1.80 or €3.10 in total.

Consumer: a card from a private individual in the EU (for SoftPOS: in Europe). Business: a company card, or a card from outside the EU (for SoftPOS: outside Europe). This mainly occurs with business customers, for example in the business portal. Online, a business card costs roughly double the percentage.

BIQSDRIVE may receive a fee from Pay. as its partner.

All prices exclude VAT.
