• If you move a confirmed lesson, the student automatically gets an email with the new and the original time. They confirm or decline with one click in the student portal, and in the calendar you see which lessons are still waiting for an answer.
• Students book a lesson themselves in the portal, and you confirm or decline with one click, with a reason if you like. The student gets your answer by email and in the calendar you recognise every customer booking at a glance.
• Customers request a duplicate of a certificate in the portal and you handle all requests in one place. You process or decline each one with a short message, which the customer receives by email and can see again in the portal.
• In the portal the student sees all their appointments in one place: driving lessons with instructor and vehicle, theory and practical exams with the result, and the sessions of their courses. Appointments from the past year stay visible too.
• Coming soon: customers top up credit on their account in the portal and always see how much they have left. So they pay in advance and every lesson or session runs smoothly.
• If you use capacity planning, students sign up in the portal for a time block instead of a lesson with a fixed instructor. Which instructor gives the lesson becomes clear when the lesson starts.
