Leads and CRM From the first question to enrolment
Anyone who phones, walks in, asks a question through your inquiry form or does not finish an online enrolment becomes a lead. You follow them up on a board per stage, BIQSDRIVE sends follow-up emails or text messages automatically, and one click turns a lead into a customer. You also see which channels and campaigns really bring in enrolments.
What you can do with it
Board per stage
Leads are cards in columns per stage, which you name yourself. Drag a card to the next stage, filter by branch, channel or origin, and see straight away who needs a call back.
Unfinished online enrolments
Anyone who enters their details in the enrolment wizard becomes a lead at once. If they stop, the assigned colleague gets a notification, and a link in the follow-up email lets them carry on where they left off.
Inquiry form
A form of your own for your website, in your house style. Every question becomes a lead, the visitor gets a confirmation email straight away and your planners get a notification.
Automatic follow-up
Set up sequences of emails and text messages with a waiting time in between, for example after an unfinished enrolment. The follow-up stops by itself as soon as someone enrols or unsubscribes and, if you wish, as soon as you have contacted them yourself.
Convert to customer
One click turns a lead into a customer, optionally with a draft order, or into a business customer. BIQSDRIVE suggests existing customers with the same email address, the same name and date of birth or the same phone number, so you do not create a duplicate file.
Figures per channel and campaign
How many leads came in, how many enrolled and after how many days, per origin, channel, ad platform and campaign, with the reasons why people dropped out.
Measuring Google and Meta ads
Do you advertise through Google Ads or Meta? Put your own Google tag and Meta Pixel on the enrolment wizard and the inquiry form, and see which ads bring in enrolments.
Consent first
As soon as a tag is set up, the page shows a cookie banner with Reject all, Choose and Accept all, equally visible. Nothing loads before the visitor answers, and Meta only with consent for marketing.
Conversions per step
Opening the wizard, the details entered, a completed enrolment and a submitted inquiry form are sent to Google and Meta as events, with the value of the enrolment if you wish.
From the server too
If you wish, BIQSDRIVE also reports leads and enrolments to Meta and Google Ads itself, including people who enrol later by phone or at the front desk. Only for those who gave consent for marketing.

In more detail
- Closing and anonymising. A lead without activity is closed as lost automatically after a period you set (30 days by default); you can always reopen it. Closed leads are anonymised after a period you set (24 months by default), so your figures stay right without names or contact details.
- Privacy. A lead who is not a customer has a Privacy button: download or erase their data, or log a privacy request. If you erase or export a customer, their leads go along.
- Origin from ads. If someone demonstrably comes through an ad and does not answer How do you know us?, the ad is recorded as the origin. An entry point of the wizard can also have its own campaign and origin.
- Who sees what. Per role you grant the right to view, edit, convert and delete leads. A user linked to branches only sees the leads of those branches.
