Business customers and B2B portal Professional training, professionally followed up
Employers, OCMWs (public social welfare centres), insurers and other organisations often pay for the training. For each order you choose who pays. In the business portal they follow the progress, documents and orders of the people they send and pay online.

Payer per order
For each order, choose who pays, with the PO number, cost centre and price agreements (a fixed price or a discount).
VAT check
VAT numbers are checked through VIES, the EU VAT number check. The Peppol ID is stored as well.
Portal with permissions
Business users get permissions: administrator, view orders or manage people.
Track progress
Companies see the progress, documents and orders of their staff, and pay online.

In more detail
- Link a customer to a company for a set period, with a staff number and cost centre, and new orders automatically get the right company as payer, even when someone changes employer. Payment requests go to the company's billing address, and on confirmation the billing details are fixed on the order.
- You decide what a company sees in the business portal: contact details, personal data, results and your own notes are turned on or off per company, and a company only sees the orders it pays for itself. Company administrators invite colleagues themselves, log in securely with optional two-factor authentication and upload documents themselves.
- Coming soon: employers enrol their staff themselves through the business portal and book a place on a course directly. The enrolment reaches you straight away, with the company already set as payer.
