Online enrolment Your training centre is always open
With the enrolment wizard, customers enrol in your courses whenever it suits them. They only see open courses with free places, answer your own questions and pay online straight away. If you use your own form, the API sends enrolments directly to BIQSDRIVE.
What you can do with it
On your own website
Share the wizard as a link or place it on your own website with an embed code. That way people can enrol outside office hours too.
Entry points and tiles
Create entry points with preselected options and group them in a dashboard with tiles. That way every customer starts at the right course straight away.
Only open courses
Customers only see courses that are open and still have free places. When a course is fully booked, it disappears from the wizard automatically.
Your own questions
Add your own questions to the form and get all the information you need straight away.
Pay online straight away
Customers pay online when they complete their enrolment. Payments go through Pay.
Enrol through the API
Prefer to use your own form? Send enrolments through the API directly from your website to BIQSDRIVE, without the wizard.
