• Choose your course and date. When enrolling online, your customer chooses the course, location and date from the courses that still have places, clearly grouped by type. Anyone who is already enrolled cannot book twice and so never pays twice. If the course has filled up in the meantime, the customer picks another date.
• Nobody slips through the net. In the Online enrolments overview you also see who is still filling in the form or dropped out, with the details they had already entered. So you can get in touch yourself and still turn a doubter into a customer.
• A form fully tailored to you. Turn steps on or off, change their order and title, and choose for each field whether it is shown or required. Ask your own questions as free text, yes or no, a drop-down list or a date. You find the answers with the enrolment and in the order.
• Smooth, error-free enrolment. The candidate chooses the language of the form. Age and national register number are checked immediately, and anyone who refreshes or closes the page loses nothing. The availability they give goes straight into the schedule, and the portal invitation can be sent automatically. If the candidate confirms their identity with itsme^® in the portal, the name and address from their identity card replace what they typed in themselves.
