Join the waiting list and we'll reserve your web address. As soon as BIQSDRIVE 27 is available, you'll receive your login details by email and work with BIQSDRIVE free for 14 days. You don't need a credit card. During the trial, new files are free to create, with the AI budget per file. Text messages, itsme^®, the flexi-Dimona, payments through Pay. with Payment Radar and extra AI usage are available from activation. You can already apply for your Pay. account during the trial, so you're ready at activation. Want to continue? Then activate your subscription yourself by registering a payment card or a SEPA direct debit. If not, your trial stops by itself, at no cost.

No. BIQSDRIVE runs entirely in the browser, on your computer, tablet and smartphone. You always work with the latest version.

A driving school pays one price per active instructor per month, with all modules included. From 10 instructors, the price per instructor gradually drops. A training centre pays a fixed price per month. With an annual subscription you pay the least: €29.95 per instructor per month or €149 per month for a training centre, billed yearly. With a monthly subscription it's €34.95 per instructor or €175 per month. On top of that you pay a €3.50 digital file fee per new file, which you can pass on to your customer. It includes €1.00 of AI usage for your AI agents. You also pay €0.15 per text message and, above that AI budget, extra AI usage per token. The price for identification with itsme^® is still to follow. Coming soon, with HR and time tracking: €0.50 per flexi-Dimona accepted by the RSZ, the Belgian National Social Security Office. If you receive payments through Pay. in BIQSDRIVE, Payment Radar works automatically: a 0.15% platform fee per payment, on top of the Pay. transaction costs. If you link your bank account, this also applies to bank transfers matched to a customer, file or order. Your usage is invoiced monthly and collected from your payment card or by SEPA direct debit. All prices exclude VAT.

Yes. Today you book directly with Autoveiligheid, which runs the driving exam centres in Antwerp, Limburg and Flemish Brabant: available exam slots are synchronised automatically, with automatic checks of the admission requirements. The links with SBAT and KM, and in Wallonia with Autosécurité and AIBV, are coming soon. For other exam centres you add exam slots yourself.

With the import wizards you move all your data yourself, free of charge, from the previous version of BIQSDRIVE or from other software. BIQS guides you through your switch for free. If you'd like BIQS to handle the migration for you, that's possible on request.

Yes. BIQSDRIVE works in English, Dutch, French and German. Each user chooses their own language, and emails go out in the recipient's language.

Each driving school and training centre gets its own isolated database, hosted by a Belgian provider in Belgium, with backups within the EEA. Every uploaded document is scanned for viruses. Only the AI agents in BIQSDRIVE process data in the United States: your questions, their answers and suggestions, and the data they look up within your permissions. They never retrieve national register numbers, identity documents, full addresses, dates of birth, internal notes, account numbers or imported bank transactions. For location, the planning agent only uses the town or postcode. Where your data is stored

Yes. BIQSDRIVE is also available for training centres, for a fixed price of €149 per month excl. VAT with an annual subscription, with no price per trainer. You plan courses and sessions, let customers enrol and pay online, and keep track of your business customers.

No. All prices on this website exclude VAT. BIQSDRIVE is designed for driving schools and training centres and is therefore aimed exclusively at businesses. VAT is shown separately on your invoice.

With an annual subscription you sign an annual contract at the lowest price. Your licence is charged in advance for each contract year and the contract renews automatically, unless you cancel up to 30 days before the end of the contract year. We send you an email reminder no later than 60 days before the renewal. If instructors are added during the year, you pay for them pro rata for the rest of the contract year; a reduction only takes effect at renewal. You can stop early with two months' notice; you then repay the discount you received for the months that have passed. With a monthly subscription you have a monthly contract at a higher price, which you can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the following calendar month. You can always switch from monthly to yearly, and from yearly to monthly at the end of the contract year. In both cases, a paid support package is invoiced monthly in advance and your usage after each month. All the details are in the general subscription terms.
