• Your own exam slots. Working with an exam centre without an integration? Add exam slots yourself with the centre, category, exam type and number of places. They appear in the exam planner, where you book a candidate with one click. A fully booked slot can no longer be chosen.
• Never an incomplete exam file. For each candidate, BIQSDRIVE shows what is still missing, such as the national register number, the address or a provisional licence that is valid on the exam date. Meanwhile the slot stays reserved. If a file is incomplete, a candidate is refused or a synchronisation fails, you are notified at once, by email too if you like.
• Exam rules to suit you. Combine a minimum age, minimum lesson hours or lessons, a passed and valid theory exam, a valid medical certificate, a waiting period between attempts, a practice period, a required prior licence, progressive access and required lesson hours after repeated fails. Your own rules stay in place when the localisation pack is updated.
• Correct candidate details at Autoveiligheid. When you book, BIQSDRIVE sends the surname, first name, address, date of birth and national register number from the candidate's file. If the candidate confirms their identity with itsme^® before the booking, those details come straight from their identity card and nobody has had to retype them. So the name, date of birth and national register number match the identity card they show on exam day.
