Dashboard and key figures Your driving school in figures, at a glance
The dashboard shows your driving school's key figures: pass rates, new and ongoing enrolments, the average lesson hours per student, the occupancy of your courses and the coming week. Every figure sits next to your own target and the previous period, and one click opens the list behind it.
What you can do with it
Pass rates
The practical exam pass rate, also at the first attempt, with the theory exam alongside. Absences are not counted, but you see them separately.
Enrolments
New enrolments in the chosen period, split by how the student enrolled, and the enrolments in progress today.
Lesson hours per student
The average lesson hours of the students who passed their practical exam in the period. Here, staying under the target is good.
Occupancy and coming week
How many seats in your courses are taken, and per day the lessons and booked exams of the next 7 days.
Targets per company
Set your targets per company. Next to every figure you see whether it is on target, close to target or below target, with the previous period and a 12-month trend.
Your own layout
Every user chooses which tiles they see, how wide and in which order. Per role you set a default layout.

In more detail
- An exam counts in the period of its exam date, once its result is entered. Days after today do not count: this year runs from 1 January to today and is compared with last year up to the same date. A monthly target for new enrolments counts pro rata.
- A permission per role decides who sees the dashboard. Each tile only appears for users who may also see the data behind it, such as the planning of all instructors or the customers. You only see the branches you work at.
- The figures are refreshed every few minutes. A result you just entered can take up to five minutes to appear.
