Every student, order and business customer has a history: what changed, which emails went out and what your colleagues noted. You email students straight from the file, with your own templates, your own branding and your own email address. And anyone who wants to gets their notifications on their smartphone.
What you can do with it
History per file
Who created the file, which fields changed and what happened: order confirmed, payment received, lesson cancelled, lesson proposal accepted. Also on every lesson and exam in the planner.
Notes with @mentions
Internal notes that only your colleagues see. Mention a colleague with @ and they get a notification with a link to the file. Instructors read and write notes on their own lessons and exams.
Emails from the file
Email a student, a payer or a company contact straight from the history, with attachments. Each recipient gets the email in their own language, and you see whether it went out.
Templates and standard emails
Start an email from a template with fields such as the first name or the location, and preview the result first. The automatic emails to your students are in your own words too, with your logo, colour and footer.
From your own address
Emails to your customers go out from your own addresses, per subject: general, planning, finance. BIQSDRIVE gives the DNS records for your IT partner and only uses an address once the domain is verified.
Notifications on your smartphone
Add BIQSDRIVE to the home screen of your smartphone and get notifications, even when BIQSDRIVE is closed. For your staff, your students in the student portal and your business customers. A locked screen shows no names or details.

In more detail
- Every email to a customer is listed in Sent messages with its status, whether you wrote it yourself or BIQSDRIVE sent it automatically, such as a payment request, a lesson proposal or a reminder. A copy is kept in the history of the file, without the links, so a payment or password link is of no use to anyone reading along.
- Replies from your customers arrive in your location's mailbox, not in BIQSDRIVE.
- Group emails also go to your business customers, each at its general address and kept in its own history. Every group email has an unsubscribe link: anyone who unsubscribes no longer receives group emails, but still gets the emails about their own lessons, exams and payments.
- If an email does not arrive, it is marked Not delivered, with the mail server's answer. If the address does not exist (any more), the file shows a warning and the automatic emails to that address stop until you correct it or confirm that it is right. Messages you write yourself still go out.
- In the student portal and the business portal, a bell shows the latest messages from your driving school: a lesson proposal, a booking accepted or declined, a lesson moved or cancelled, a payment request or the answer to a certificate request. Business customers see payments waiting and new documents there. One click opens the right page.
