Departement MOW integration, coming soon
Coming soon: your Code 95 and ADR sessions sent to the Departement MOW automatically
In Flanders, an approved training centre reports its periodic training electronically to the Departement MOW, the Flemish Department of Mobility and Public Works. The integration that will send your Code 95 and ADR sessions there automatically from BIQSDRIVE is coming soon. Until then, you pass your schedule and participants on to the Department yourself. You plan your courses in BIQSDRIVE.
What Flanders asks of an approved training centre
The conditions for training centres (in Dutch) require a technical connection between your software and ROV, the Department's database. Under the royal decree of 4 May 2007, you also pass on electronically what you organise:
- At least three working days before a module, you submit the schedule, including the date, times, location and trainer.
- If something changes or a module doesn't go ahead, you report that electronically too.
- After the module, you submit the details of the training and the participants.
On its obligations page (in Dutch), the Department also mentions a monthly schedule in a Google spreadsheet, changes at least 24 hours ahead and participants' details entered in ROV. The full rules are in our guide to Code 95.
What the integration will do
The integration isn't active yet. The aim is that you plan your Code 95 and ADR sessions in BIQSDRIVE, with room and trainer, and that BIQSDRIVE then passes them to the Departement MOW automatically, using the approval and access details of your own training centre. How that works in detail will be explained here once the integration is available.
Who the integration is for
The integration is intended for training centres approved by the Departement MOW, for Code 95 or ADR. It doesn't replace your approval: you get your centre, your modules and your trainers approved yourself.
If your centre is approved in Wallonia or Brussels, no automatic transfer is planned. You plan and follow up your courses in BIQSDRIVE, but you pass your schedule on to the competent authority yourself. The guide explains what is different there.
What you do in BIQSDRIVE without the integration
Even without the integration, you run your periodic training in BIQSDRIVE. Drivers enrol and pay online straight away, or you put the course on an order for their employer, with a purchase order number and cost centre. You register attendance per session, and when you complete the course each participant is marked as passed or failed, based on the minimum attendance you set. How that works is explained under Code 95 and ADR.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the MOW integration
Does the integration cover ADR too?
Yes, it is planned for Code 95 and ADR sessions. The Code 95 course type is ready in BIQSDRIVE; you add ADR yourself.
Do I still need to get my modules approved?
Yes. Approval of your centre, your modules and your trainers runs directly through the Departement MOW. BIQSDRIVE doesn't change that.
Will the integration also come to Wallonia or Brussels?
No, it is only intended for centres approved in Flanders, because it will connect to the database of the Departement MOW.
Can I already switch while the integration isn't there?
Check with the Department first. The conditions require a technical connection with ROV, and BIQSDRIVE doesn't send anything yet: you keep submitting your schedule and participants yourself. The Department can tell you which method then applies to your centre.
When can I start using the integration?
The integration is coming soon, but we aren't giving a date yet. BIQSDRIVE 27 starts in January 2027. In a demo we look at how your courses fit in BIQSDRIVE.
